TERMS & CONDITIONS - ORDERING/DELIVERY

Ordering

You will be asked to agree to Terms & Conditions when you go to the checkout.

You must be over 18 years of age to buy wine from our website. If wine is being delivered to an alternative address, the person receiving the wine must be over 18.

Please check your order very carefully before checking out to ensure the items and the delivery address is correct.

Stock Levels & Vintages

Our stock is monitored and controlled automatically.

You as the buyer can order more wine then our stock levels. We at Clusters To Wine cannot guaranty the continuity of vintages above our stock levels. 

If wine order has exceeded our stock level we will send you an email to confirm the vintage of the wine/s before dispatching. In this case instead of the normal delivery of   3-5 working days it will become 5-7 working days.

Please note that some of the pictures of wine labels show previous vintages that are no longer available. The vintage in the text is the actual vintage.

Payment

Clusters To Wine accept any major credit card or debit card. Payments are securely processed using Cardsave, which encrypts all your personal information and prevents it from being accessed or read by any third party or by us. We will only see your address for which you as the buyer are responsible to have clearly written with no misspelling. If the address is incorrect and the delivery is returned to us you will be required to pay a second delivery charge. In all cases it is advised that you contact us and we will be able to come to a mutually acceptable solution.

We reserve the right to make alternative arrangements for payment for larger
orders. Please contact us for more details.

Prices include UK duty and VAT.

Delivery

Wine order including and over the value of £300 falls under free delivery.

Special delivery for £2 to GU14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 postcodes. Please choose this option when you check out.

Standard delivery to UK mainland including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland will be charged at:

1 to 3 bottles up to 5 kg: £5.99

4 to 10 bottle up to 11 kg: £8.50

11 kg and over:  £9.99

We are unable to accept P.O. Box numbers as a delivery address.

Each order will be charged as a separate delivery charge if you have logged out.

If you require additional wines or beverages or wish to change your order in any way please contact us in this case as we will try to refund or amend your P&P but only if you contact us before your delivery is been shipped. Once delivery has been sent any extra delivery charge will be met by the buyer.

We advise you to leave a contact number just in case the driver has difficulties in reaching your destination.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 working days. When your order is shipped we will send you a dispatch confirmation email. Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).  Standard deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take up to 4 working days longer.

All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Standard post or by courier. If you are not at home when your parcel arrives, the postman or courier should leave written information regarding where and when you should collect your parcel. If you do not collect your parcel within the post offices specified timeframe and is not dropped off at the neighbors, the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange for a new delivery. You will have to pay the postage costs incurred in resending the parcel.

Important

We do not leave any of our deliveries in cupboards, behind rubbish bins or aerating cupboards for security reason. Unfortunately we cannot control the currier services if they do so it is the Buyers responsibility to have an alternative address like neighbor if you might not be home. We advise you to leave a note on your door for the currier.

Delivery to remote destinations like islands and areas around UK

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any location if it is too remote or is band or requires extra duty to be paid or if we are restricted by law. If you feel that you fall under any of these specially the very remote area, please contact us and we will be able to assist you before you log out.

Returns

We will provide a full refund for any wines that are deemed to be out of condition. We may require these wines to be returned to us and will ensure that all costs are credited but will need proof of purchase (invoice). Clusters To Wine does not refund wines that has been purchased through the Private Collectors Section or any wines purchased over thirty days and more after the purchase day as most common wine defect is the improper storage. Storage of wines is the buyers’ responsibility. Please contact us if you require any professional information, tips and know-how’s.

We take pride in our family business but cannot vouch for all our products that are sold through Clusters To Wine – (Same as Auctions). Over many years not one complaint or refund has been required to be dealt with as we take great care in selecting our products.

Breakages

Any breakages will be replaced free of charge, providing the currier has been informed at the time of delivery and a note has been attached to the signature. We must be advised of breakages or shortages at the time of the delivery date by writing to info@sommelierservice.co.uk.  

Important:

If breakage has not been mentioned on the delivery we will not be able to replace any items that are claimed to be damaged or broken.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days from the day after the date you receive your wine, for any reason. If the item has been shipped or dispatched, the buyer will need to arrange for the return at there own cost. Clusters To Wine will refund the appropriate sum to the buyer once the goods have been received by Clusters To Wine in original unopened condition. Insurance will also need to be paid by the buyer if the buyer wishes to have the parcel insured. If parcel is not insured and breakage has happened only the wines that are not damaged will be paid for and the difference as the broken bottles will need to be requested from the insurer by the buyer and through Clusters To Wine.
